Delivery
We otherwise to deliver within 10 working days from receipt of your order (subject to availability and a maximum delivery time of 28 days).
Availability
Please email or telephone us if you would like to check on availability of any Liz Cox bag before ordering. We make all Liz Cox bags at our workshops just outside central Bath and usually make-to-order within four weeks where we are out of stock. We will advise you if your order is out of stock and provide an estimated delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges
If you have any reason to return your order to us please inform us by telephone or email and enclose proof of purchase when you return the goods, which must be adequately packed. If the product is returned within 28 days of receipt of delivery in new, undamaged and unused condition we will offer you a replacement or a suitable alternative or a credit note or a refund.
Return postage is the responsibility of you, the customer, except in the case of a full refund being given where we have supplied you incorrectly or in the case where there is a fault in a product which we cannot remedy to your reasonable satisfaction. This policy does not affect your UK statutory consumer rights.
Claims
As the customer you must inform us of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery or of non-delivery after 28 days from placing your order for your claim to be valid. Please contact us by any of the methods listed below.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary for addresses in UK, Europe, and other countries throughout the world and are detailed on the order page(s). The selection of a reputable international courier or local postal delivery service will be made at our discretion to satisfy each order. Please note that couriers generally are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. As the customer/recipient/addressee of international deliveries you are responsible for any local import duties and/or tax that may be charged. Contact us by any of the methods listed below if you have any particular concerns or requests in respect of delivery.
General Information
Prices and delivery charges are valid at the rates shown for each product at the time of order but maybe subject to alteration. Every reasonable care has been taken to describe and portray products, dimensions and colours accurately, but occasionally slight variations may occur due to the hand crafted techniques and natural materials used in our products’ manufacture.
Privacy Policy
Our emailing list is not made available to anybody but Liz Cox staff, so if you join our emailing list you will not receive emails from any additional companies. If you do not wish to continue receiving occasional email communications from us please email us at lizcoxonline@lizcox.com with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject and we will remove your email address from our mailing list.
To fulfill your order we collect and use your personal data carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not make your personal data available to other companies. We may use this data to undertake statistical analysis for internal use only and to help improve the service we offer. From time to time we may contact you with information about our products where you have agreed to this. You may take any opportunity to opt out of receiving further information from us by emailing us at lizcoxonline@lizcox.com. After processing your payment by credit card we do not retain these details, which is why we ask repeat-order customers to resubmit payment information for each new order on this website.
